Looking at the pictures from the Golden Globes I thought there were so many drab, dull and ill-fitting gowns, I can't believe what some celebs where when they have the choice of so many designer gowns! I thought these 5 women seriously stood out, especially Emma Watson in the daring Dior gown which is so modern and original (but maybe a different colour shoe?). I loved Sofia's over the top black dress with the enormous blue necklace- such a beautiful look. Lumpita's red caped-gown was also very different and looked stunning. I've never heard of her before, but just googling her name has shown me she has some seriously hot style.

Sorry for my major lack of posts- anyone who's ever had to do a whole project using indesign and photoshop will understand I think! 20% off at ASOS yesterday was not missed and I ordered this T shirt on wednesday, along with some cheeky christmas presents. I love this top (only £7 too) and googled the designer to fine a really simple collection of clothes that's really my style. This fur is from ebay, and took about a month to arrive, very annoying, but I love it to update some of my winter jackets.

This jacket was such a steal from one of my local charity shops (there's about 6 on my high street!) at only £10. I wanted to take it up at first but I think it works at this length but i love this little necklace from a Gran Canaria market I got a few years ago, it's the perfect bit of colour for this outfit.

This Sunday I met my fam in London for Remembrance day and general catch up as I've only seen them once since moving to Uni 2 months ago! The weather was so beaut and we spent the day wandering around the city and visiting the National Portrait Museum (number 1 museum geek here). I've eaten at 'tortilla' before, but i choose corn 'dos-tacos' this time which was so yum, stuffed with guacamole and chicken. I love this time of year when the fur coat/sunglass combo is acceptable.

Snapped these pictures just before I made my way to Uni because it was so nice and sunny after so much cloud and rain! This is literally the warmest jumper ever, it's so soft and fluffy, although I would defo recommend carrying a lint roller because this fluff on black jeans is not a good combination. Recently got these trainers in the Tosphop sale for half price and they are so comfortable and perfect to fast walk in on days I'm running late to lectures because I'm taking blog pictures....

Last night was girls night in Kingston! We definitely partied too hard and I've payed for it today(spending all day in bed feeling sick). I already have this leopard print cami in red and I love the shape and the funky print so seeing the blue version in the Topshop sale for £5 made me very happy. I found this zara-copy-skort on ebay and I love how comfortable they are and the front 'V' shape is really flattering on me. I might even order it in white as well as it was such a bargain.

Okay, so I have so many string bras I have more than enough to wear a new one everyday for a month. Black is for sure the dominant colour in the collection in a variation of lace and styles. I love how comfortable they are and how pretty they can make a plain top look. I still can't resist and new style, and when we found Gilly Hicks in Kingston I fell in love with this adjustable criss-cross back. They came in several colours and it took me and the girl ages to decide which we wanted! I got this American Apparel bra on a trip to Camden recently for only £10 which I thought was a barg for the store. This Topshop bra is in the sale for £6 at the moment and I couldn't resist this lime green trim. Slightly worrying I've spent £40 on  bras in two weeks when on a student budget. oopsy.

This faux-leather skirt from H&M is a few years old now. I wish I could say I had more wear out of it, but when I brought it when I was 15 (well before the faux-leather craze started) my friends were not so impressed and thought I looked a bit prostitute-esc. Anyway, now the whole fashion world is obsessed with leather, I paired the skirt with a slouchy, shoulder studded top and black heeled boots for my Uni lectures. My usual everyday jewellery consists of my Kors watch and random silver rings found in French markets and internet stores. I wanted to include the back of my new Gilly Hicks bra because I am completely in love with it after discovering the brand after a recent trip to Kingston.
